I made several substantial changes to the notes for Interact. First, I edited the Teams and Small Groups Characteristics, as suggested by Jonathan, to add information about their unstable quality. The material about videoconferencing was substantially revised, sharpening the focus and providing a clearer, and hopefully more upbeat, message. I deleted the slides that talk in general about the technology needs for teams and for organizations. Suggestions sent to Jonathan for additional revisions.
