CSCW-Tutorial

Ray Benson created a new look for the tutorial slides, with light colored font on a dark background. He will convert all our slides to that new format. First, I will update all our slides to include the notes revisions.

I will add a sample of this new look to BSCW, but currently it (or the network) appears to be down.
